◇ Please read these terms and services carefully. Any commission or use of services implies that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and services.Deposit
◇ Requires a 50% deposit or full payment for all jobs from the Client to confirm a commission slot. This deposit is non-refundable. (Please note that client will enter the waiting list after confirming the received payment.)◇ Rine will only start working when 50% deposit or full payment is confirm received.Payment
◇ Payment will be processed via Stripe and TouchNGo. (Only accept USD and MYR currency)◇ Payment in full is due within 10 days after completion.For termination before completion of commission
◇ If the client chooses to terminate the commission services after agreeing on a commission arrangement but before the commissioned project is complete, Rine reserves the right to retain any non-refundable deposits paid.◇ Should the Client cancel the commission agreement after the Artwork has been completed, Rine reserves the right to charge up to 90% of the total projected costs. The scale of the charge will be dependent on the discretion of the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.◇ If communication breaks down on the part of the Client for a period of 15 days (that is, the Client fails to reply to a communication from Rine ) Rine will issue a warning email. If this warning email is not replied to (and communication does not resume) within the following period of 15 days, Rine reserves the right to terminate the commission. In this event, all deposits paid will be retained by Rine and the commission will be canceled.◇ If the Client wishes to continue the commission at a later date they will be required to request a new project quotation, and pay a further non-refundable deposit.Copyright / Usage
◇ Rine retains the copyright and ownership to the artworks. The artwork usage is up to the Client's permission, others are not allowed to use it as their own. Apart from Rine's website and social media pages, unless the Client gives written permission to do so.◇ Rine reserves the right to post, stream WIP to any of her social platform even after completion works unless the Client agreed to privacy fees.◇ There will be no acceptance of copying, tracing, and stealing artworks.◇ Any resells of commissioned artworks from Rine are PROHIBITED, unless both artist and commissioner have mutual agreement.◇ Any commissioned artworks from Rine are NOT ALLOWED to be use as NFT and resources for AI art.Communication
◇ All communications can be made in between Twitter message, Discord or Email. (Discord is preferable)◇ Please do NOT rush and request for updates everyday or every two or three days as it will cause more stress, resulting in unsatisfying product. ◇ Any charge back issues that happened during the commission or after completion of the commission will be seen as stolen artworks.◇ Rine reserved the right to resell any new character design, model art, and rigged model to any new clients. (Works from client who committed charge back issue)◇ Rine also reserved the right to expose clients (who committed charge back issue) social media information to social media platforms as a warning for other artists.

After completion client has 3 chances of free minor amendment. After this, any amendment that has been made will automatically charge $30+/RM40+ per minor amendment, $60+/RM70+ per major amendment.Estimate Working Duration
The best working duration for a model art is three months, it will also be extend depends on the complexity of the character and assets that are going to be included. I would not recommend to take this commission if you are expecting a speed completion.

After refined artwork, client will get a character sheet.◇ After chosen the final draft client CAN NOT change the majority design or go back to pick another option from the previous drafts.Amendment Charges
